Using qualified professionals in multiple industries, we can solve problems and protect your assets. We work with a geriatric care manager to assist in cases-we help with the financial aspects, and the care manager addresses the medical side.

Custodianship & Payee Services: A Federal Government appoints us to receive and manage funds that individuals may receive through a government benefit. If the recipient of those benefits has been determined to be at risk in the community, vulnerable to exploitation, or incapable of managing their own funds, we may be asked to step in.

Trustee Services: Trust services vary by need. We serve as trustee on numerous Underage 65 Disability Trusts, private trusts, and as successor trustee when the existing trustee has become unable to serve, sometimes in conjunction with a conservator appointment. Often we have been asked to mediate and settle trust disputes as an impartial, experienced third party.

Conservatorship: Through a legal process, we are appointed by the local judicial authorities to manage the estate of an incapacitated person. While immediate family members can be appointed as Conservator when an adult has been deemed incapacitated; family disputes, exploitation issues, or any number of factors may dictate the need for an independent third party.
